Description:
1. This controller is specially designed for solar DC power supply system and solar DC street lamp system, and uses intelligent controller of special computer chip.
2. All operations and settings are completed by using one-button light touch switch.
3. It has full-function protection measures such as short circuit, overload, unique anti-backconnection protection, automatic switching off and recovery of overdischarge, detailed charging instructions, battery status and various fault instructions of load.
4. The controller sampled the terminal voltage, discharge current and ambient temperature of the storage battery through a computer chip, and calculated the parameters related to the capacity of the storage battery by a special control model.
5.  It realized the high-efficiency and high-accuracy control of the discharge rate and temperature compensation correction which accorded with the characteristics of the storage battery, and adopted the charging of the high-efficiency PWM storage battery.
6. The mode ensures that the battery works in the best state and greatly prolongs the service life of the battery.

Features:
1. Using single chip computer and special software, a special software based on expert control system is adopted to realize intelligent optimization of SOC control.
2. External temperature sensor is used for temperature compensation, which has higher control accuracy than the built-in humidity sensor.
3. It has full automatic controllers such as overcharge, overdischarge, electronic short circuit, overload protection, unique anti-backconnection protection, etc. The above protection does not damage any parts and does not burn insurance.
4. The series PWM charging main circuit is adopted, which makes the voltage loss of the charging circuit nearly half lower than that of the charging circuit using diodes, and the charging efficiency 3%-6% higher than that of the non-PWM charging circuit.
5. It increases the time of using electricity, improves the charging of over-discharge recovery, makes the system have longer service life by normal direct charging and automatic control of floating charge. At the same time, it has high precision temperature compensation.
6. The intuitive LED light emitting tube indicates the current battery status, so that users can understand the use status.
7. All industrial-level control chips are used to ensure normal operation in cold, high temperature and humid environment, and crystal oscillator timing control is used to ensure precise timing control.
8. Using more intuitive LED digital tube display settings, one-click operation can complete all settings, timing and digital tube display one-to-one correspondence, more intuitive display.
9. With advanced power supply technology, the effective power per unit area is greatly improved and the structure is more compact.
10. Built-in ultra-strong voltage correction program ensures the accuracy of all levels of voltage and controls the correctness of charging and discharging process.
11. Aiming at the load of LED street lamp source, a half-power regulation function is added to make the lamp turn into half-power energy-saving state automatically when it works normally until the second half of the night, which greatly reduces the energy consumption of the load and prolongs the normal working time of the system configuration.
12. With constant current output function, it can directly drive the LED load, adjust the constant current output current with the load power, change the way of adding constant current source to conventional LED light source, which is more convenient to install and reserve more space.
13. With large caliber and large spacing terminal, the maximum 6 mm2 conductor can be installed, and the conductor spacing is 9.5 mm, which enhances the insulation performance and installation reliability, and is not easy to slip.
